Hopewell is proud to support the efforts of the Alzheimer’s Project, Inc. to help caregivers of those affected by Alzheimer’s and Dementia.  This year’s expo featured speakers was Dr. Ken Brummel-Smith, MD speaking on “Person-Centered Care”
